Jantle Marine held the video meeting by Wechat with Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co., Ltd(Herein after call ''Dongfeng Cummins'') on March 03rd 2020 afternoon. Over 30 sets engines of passenger boats in FRP project of Jantle Marine manufactured by Dongfeng Cummins, two parties communicated deeply about the warranty service during the meeting, and all thought its slow for response of present warranty service in Africa. In order to provide the in-time and complete service to client, Dongfeng Cummins promised that Jantle Marine can contact with headquarter of Cummins(South Africa) directly when engines is problem in the future, so its possible to assign the technicians to solve the problems much quickly.
During the Corona Virus, its difficult for travelling. For much better warranty service to client, Jantle Marine will enhance the communication online with all of the manufactures in the following days.
